We are looking for 30K sq ft of office space for our startups. And our mission is to build a place where you can find lots of entrepreneurs. We will have a small library, table tennis table, meeting rooms, training room, conference room, wireless internet, printing, pantry and people to manage all the facilities.

This will be more expensive than any commercial space, but it allows you to focus on building products and taking them to the market rather than wasting time in managing internet and telephone lines.
